1) Why are the rates on your site different than the ones on the courier sites?

The rates on our site are calculated using publicly-available courier rates that take into account distance, weight, type of service and fuel surcharges. Rates on courier sites may appear to vary slightly because of other factors, including, but not limited to, residential or business deliveries, pickups and drop-offs.

2) Do you have any bias in the presentation or ranking of rate information?

No, our ranking is based on the price from the least expensive to the most expensive placed in a table according to delivery time.

3) Can I give feedback on the shipment that I shipped with a courier?

4) What if I already have a volume rate with my courier company?
