July 23, 2008 - ShipGooder Select
You asked for it - we responded! ShipGooder Select is a new service for customers who receive contract discounts from courier companies. After registering for ShipGooder Select, simply enter the percentage discounts that you receive, and ShipGooder will provide rate quotes that reflect your discounts.
June 3, 2008 - Non-JavaScript Version
For those visitors who prefer not to have JavaScript enabled in their browsers, ShipGooder has just launched a non-JavaScript version of our website. Visitors without JavaScript can generate rapid rate quotes as usual, but will not be able to use ShipGooder's instant quote system with AJAX. In addition, they will not be able to use ShipGooder's mapping feature.
March 26, 2008 - Dimensional Weight and Residential Destination
We are pleased to announce that ShipGooder now includes dimensional weight calculations and has a new option to specify a residential destination. Both of these functions can be found be clicking on "Advanced Options" on the ShipGooder homepage.
January 16, 2008 - New 2008 shipping rates for FedEx, UPS and DHL
Trying to get your head around the new 2008 shipping rates? No problem! ShipGooder has implemented the new 2008 shipping rates for FedEx, UPS and DHL. Each company increased the rates for express service by 4.9 percent, and this increase is now reflected in the rate quotes on ShipGooder.com.
November 12, 2007 - Canada to U.S. shipping rates
Canada to U.S. shipping rates are now active! Our visitors can now enter a Canadian origin postal code and a U.S. destination zip code to view rates for shipping over the border. Time to start sending maple syrup and back bacon, eh?
September 7, 2007 - New views added
In addition to the standard view of rates displayed by shipping time and cost, two new views have been added: "Couriers" and "Map". "Couriers" displays rates in a single column for each courier. "Map" displays the land route between the origin zip code and the destination zip code -- click on "Satellite" for the view from space!
